   To find an ELEMENT click on the Who We Are tab, then Element Small Groups, select a group and get involved. These guys will be at your side at a moments notice.

2. Fellas -

   When I first joined Wingmen and this Element group in January, after about 2 weeks of what I believed was non-focus, no direction and no connection (maybe from my end), I spoke to another Element buddy and said I didn’t think I’d continue with it.  Carbo was challenged to help make this more than just get-together-and-talk-about-whatever, instead now to being meetings that have focus, leadership and place of safety to open up about what’s going on in our lives.  I believe this is what men’s fellowship should be…one of trust, confidence, trust, support, openness, and not being afraid to be challenged.

   My thanks to Carbo for his insight, guidance and leadership, and to all of you who have made me feel welcome - - indeed a safe place, and one where we help each other flourish, even more so than the larger corporate Wingmen meetings.
